The ability for users to reset the way they receive their 2FA code would be helpful. Currently, a new user will need to register how they want to receive the code. We get calls daily of a person who was receiving it through email or text, and something has changed (new phone number or email change). We have to go into 2FA and either reset them or change how they receive it.
