Some remote applications use keyboard shortcuts that may be incompatible with the default key transmission mode in Remote Support.

With Direct Keyboard Mode, you can send keyboard input more directly to improve compatibility with your favorite applications.

This mode is available from the Viewer window, in the Settings menu.

We’ve extended Computer Access Restriction to unattended computers, helping ensure only users from the same subscription can connect, even in unattended scenarios.

Important: the restriction policy is defined by the client used to enable unattended mode. If unattended mode is already enabled with the wrong restriction policy, you must first disable it, then re-enable it from the customized client that contains the desired restriction settings.

We have added compatibility updates to support Windows 10 1809 and Windows Server 2019, 2025 latest updates. These improvements are available in TSplus Remote Access 19.50.10.13, TSplus LTS 18 version 18.2026.10.13 and TSplus LTS 17 version 17.2026.10.13.

What’s new in TSplus LTS 18 and TSplus LTS 17

All available compatibility updates have been included into TSplus LTS 18 version 18.2026.10.13 and TSplus LTS 17 version 17.2026.10.13.

Additionally, we have updated OpenSSL library to version 3.5.9 to improve security and follow the current OpenSSL long term support channel.

Finally, we have fixed the AdminTool program closing a few seconds after being opened on specific configurations with TSplus LTS 18.
