Autonomous recovery of licenses and maintenance credits

We would like to know if it is possible to autonomously recover:

• licenses

• maintenance credits

For example, in cases of VM decommissioning or license reassignment, without manual intervention from support.

Is there a supported self-service or automated approach for this use case?
