Disable license via License portal

We have upgraded from V12 to V18 of TSplus Desktop edition. We rebuild servers frequently in VMware, and if we forget to disable the old license before we reinstall the server, it gets a new license, plus the old license is still locked to the same server on the License portal. We need to have a function on the license portal, where we can release the inactive license ourselves.
