Geographic Protection in settings backup

Hello!

I propose including the settings from the Geographic Protection module in the off-database backup of parameters, so that when performing a “Restore Settings Only” operation, this configuration is also restored.

Use case: corrupted database or database that is too large => uninstall product => install product => restore settings only
