Feature Request - Improve Password Change UX in Web Portal

Remote Access Feature Request

I would like to propose two improvements to the password change workflow in the TSPLUS HTML5 Web Portal, to make the experience cleaner, clearer, and more consistent for end users.

  1. Skip the “Do you want to change your password now?” prompt when the Windows password is already expired.
    When the password has expired the user must change it anyway, so showing a Yes/No prompt adds an unnecessary step.
    The system should directly display the password reset page.

      Hi Thomas, the second purpose I would like in Web Portal is :

      1. Hide the DOMAIN\USERNAME field in the password reset window when a default domain is already configured in the Web Portal.
        In this scenario, the domain is already known, and the username was already entered (and validated) during the HTML5 login process.
        Showing a DOMAIN\USERNAME box becomes inappropriate and confusing.
        For environments without a predefined domain, only the username should be requested — not DOMAIN\USERNAME.

        These improvements would simplify the password renewal process, reduce confusion for end users, and make the HTML5 Portal more consistent and professional.

        They also help organizations that must enforce mandatory password renewal policies.
