Maintenance Window for web portal

it would be nice if there was a maintenance button to turn on. when turning it on, the web portal is presenting a customizable portal saying it’s under maintenance for this and that period of time. during that time, admins can login to the system via rdp or console. when finishing maintenance (such as software updates) the admin turns of the button and the server is back to presenting the regular portal.
