Make more settings visible - HTML5 Security

A lot of settings are hidden in multiple configuration files.

TSplus AdminTool should make those settings visible and allow for easy customization.

Start with settings which are the most often sent by TSplus Support Team to customers, i.e. HTML5 web security settings, and add a new user interface for these settings in TSplus AdminTool.
