Make support KB articles avail. as a MCP for internal AI solutions

Hi,

We would like to suggest that Solutions : Helpdesk - is made avail. as a AI MCP (with out without API/Key).

The idea is that companies that do apply AI for troubleshooting can use your MCP for tool calling / troubleshooting without having to sit and browse thru everything.

This would enable faster troubleshooting on our side and lower your support cost.
