Feature Request - Provide an URL to download previous versions of TSplus

Remote Access Feature Request

We kindly request that you provide an option to download and install at least one of the previous five versions of TS Plus. When we install the latest version and encounter issues, we have no fallback, which hampers our work. Because of this uncertainty, we are hesitant to apply updates — something that’s critical for us.

Most software vendors, such as Microsoft and Tally Solutions, allow users to uninstall updates or download older versions from their websites. Providing a similar option would greatly help us maintain continuity.

We hope you consider implementing this feature.

    Until there is an option to download the previous versions just keep an archive of the setup files when they are released so that you can just use them later if necessary.

    We too would like to get a link to previous versions, as we have encountered issues with the latest version (19.30.5.14)

    Hello @Amol Shimare,

    Although we won’t add a button in the AdminTool for the purpose of rolling back the currently installed version, we will provide a link to the previously released version of Remote Access for easier download. You will then be able to provide this link to your customers if needed. Thank you for sharing this idea with us.

      It also be workable but provide an option on your website to download previous version of TS-Plus Software’s.
