Save and Restore Window Position for Folder Applications in Floating Panel

When opening a folder from the Floating Panel, a window appears showing the applications inside that folder. Currently, the system does not remember the window position or size when the window is closed.

It would be useful if the system could store the last window position and dimensions and restore them when the folder is opened again.

Additionally, if the saved position is outside the visible screen area (for example when using a smaller monitor or different resolution), the window should automatically reposition itself so that it remains visible on the screen.

This would improve usability and provide a more consistent user experience when working with Floating Panel folders.
