Server Monitor License Check

When we had the demo for server monitor, it allowed us to have up to five monitors. We only needed it to monitor one but it added the computer that the program was installed on which we didn’t really need. When we entered our license for the one monitor, it didn’t tell us that we more than one or ask which server we were licensing. Instead, it worked for a while but the next day it stopped working and we had to send logs in order to find out it was because it had two servers which was a violation of the license. It was a waste of time for your support and client to have to use them to find out the issue.
