TSPLUS Remote Access – Delegation of Administrator Console Rights

I would like to request a feature related to delegation of administrative rights within the TSplus Remote Access Admin Tool.

Currently, administrator access is all-or-nothing, which makes it difficult to securely delegate limited operational tasks to support or junior administrators.

I propose adding a role-based or permission-based access system, allowing the creation of “sub-administrators” with granular rights (for example via checkboxes).

Examples of delegatable permissions could include:

• User and group management

• Shared folders (shares) access management

• Application publishing (view / edit)

• Session monitoring (view / disconnect)

• Read-only access to configuration

This would improve security, operational efficiency, and scalability, especially in multi-admin environments.
