Warning of Certificate Expiration

Can we get a warning email or something when a web HTTPS let’s Encrypt certificate is expiring? We typically keep port 80 blocked, as we get a lot of attacks from that port. We turn it on when we need to renew the certificate, but it would be nice to be able to get a warning 10 days ahead of an expiration. Perhaps an email, text, or maybe on the admin console dashboard, like you do for update notifications?
