We're excited to share that the complete redesign of TSplus Remote Support is now live!

Building on our earlier update, this release brings a fully unified and modern interface across the entire product. Most notably, the viewer experience has been reimagined, featuring a new top bar and an improved sharer interface for better clarity and control during sessions.

But that’s not all - every screen has been thoughtfully updated to align with the new design, ensuring a more consistent experience throughout.

Fixes:

• Windows: fixed regression on clipboard synchronization (ctrl+v) not working with files

• Windows: hide sharing indicator when session is closed by sharer.

• API: fixed regression when editing computer cause 400 error due to wrong remotesupportid format.

• Unattended: kill any existing sharer in session before starting a new sharer in the same session.

• Fixed remote command prompt output result display in proper order.

• Fixed sharer chat sometimes wrongly reopening when closed
