Allow easy integration to third-party systems (webhooks and/or API)
Offering an API and/or webhooks would allow for easy and custom integration with a lot of other applications, such as ticketing systems or even internal business applications.

Providing an API and/or webhooks would enable easy and flexible integration with other systems, such as ticketing platforms and internal business applications, allowing teams to automate workflows and respond faster to events.

Hi
I would like to extend this post, if I may…
I would love to see some form of automation or event triggering system That will create some kind of notification about the session, for example:
"IF" PART is the trigger method and the filter
when a client requesting remote support creates a session or closed out of a session.
when a client starts or ends a unattended connection.
when a support agent joins a session/connect or leaves/disconnects from a session
when the client posts or sends a chat messages.
when the support agent posts or sends a chat messages.
when the support agent transfers a file, triggered either by upload or download.
when UAC was requested
when UAC was accepted/authorization completed
In each of the above event triggers can further be filter for only certain folders, support agents or a single computer.
"THEN" PART is the action to be taken.
Send a Email with customizable email body content using Mail Merge of session information.
Perform a Web Request, by POST to a URL with it's contents (if possible definable again by Mail Merge type of concept) in JSON or XML.
Create and add a Special Session Event into the Reporting of the Remote Support system for later Management reporting.
Also, it'd be very nice to know on the Session dashboard if the session actively being help by a support agent or not, or just being idle in the session which is good for management purposes.
