Availability of automatic maintenance renewal (auto-renew)

License Portal Feature Request

Is there an existing (or planned) feature to support:

  • automatic maintenance renewal at expiration

  • with automatic consumption of available maintenance credits

Such a feature would help prevent maintenance expiration due to oversight, especially in large-scale or automated environments.

    Hello,

    Is this topic about automatic renewal of a Update & Support license for a permanent license in Remote Access ?

    We do offer subscriptions which provide auto-renew for both product and Update & Support licenses. See at

    But since you mentioned credit, does it mean you which to be able to renew Update & Support from a reseller perspective ? This will be much more practical as a complete redesign of the License Portal is ongoing this year.

    Agreed. Auto-renewal of maintenance using available credits would greatly reduce the risk of expiration due to oversight.
