Hi, would it be possible to allocate a certain number of connections to an agent from inside the admin page? Let’s say a client wants to have 5 agents with 5 connections each, but wants to make sure that some of the agents are not using more than 5 connections by accident, limiting the other agents.
Would it therefore be possible to set a connection number limit for users and/or teams?
