Feature Request - Change remote screens with buttons (and more)

Remote Support Feature Request

If this software wants to take off and sell or compete with the top current remote access programs, this the some of the simple things that the others have and it’s missing here:

  • Ability to change remote screens with buttons instead of scrolling thru each screen.

  • Ability to print to printers attached to the remote PC.

  • File transfer window, not just an “upload” windows, it doesn’t make sense to have an upload button, but not a download button.

    Thank you for your valuable feedback. The first item has been released recently. We hope you will find the change useful in your daily use of Remote Support. Could you give it a try ?

    After giving it a thought, we do not think that the ability to print to printers attached to the remote PC is an highly important feature for adoption. For a more complete work environment, we believe that our other product Remote Access is more relevant to this need.

    Finally, we will work on improving the File transfer window and have added this item in our roadmap. Therefore, we will mark this feature requests are complete for now.

    You guys are missing out on the sales, this product has great potential just by adding the three simple fetures I mentioned.

    1. Button to change and know how many screens the remote PC has.

    2. Remote printing is a must.

    3. File transfer window or button, copy and paste is lame.
