Monitoring maintenance credits and proactive alerts

We have the need to:

• query remaining maintenance credits

• anticipate situations where credits may soon be insufficient

Ideally, this would be available via:

• API or CLI

• alerting or notifications (e.g. 1–2 months before credits run out)

Is any such monitoring or alerting mechanism currently available or planned?
