More client customisation

For easier deployment, we would like to see additional client customisation options. Please add an option to set the unattended access password and specify the target address book folder. Then bake these settings in to the downloaded remotesupport.exe setup file. Then we don’t have to mess about with post install batch files or complex scripting.
