Use the notification area in windows when a customer connects

Other systems use the notification are to display awhen a customer on you list has connected then you can click on the notification and this searchs for the customer directly in you customer list.

      That could perhaps work. The windows notification function in TV is excellent.

      basically a typicall support call works like this for the first time

      1. customer calls not yet connected.

      2. I ask customer to start the program

      3. I enter the ID and see when entering the ID that the customers device has not yet been saved. Before conning I save the customers device to speed things up next time.

      4. I then enter the password and do support call.

      Next support call with same customer.

      2. customer starts program

      3. As customers device is in the list a windows notification is shown with customer name. I can simply click on the notification and it goes directly to the device. Now I can click on “ask customer to confirm connection”

      4. Customer sees a conection request (he even sees my photo so now know exactly who is is talking with).

      5. Customer accepts the connection request.

        This is really convient saves entering ids and passwords all the time. Is still safe because customer needs to accept request.

      I would really suggest that you look at the market leaders product (TV).

      It contains lots of small practical features that means it is very convient in its usage.
