Hi,
Some of our clients who use the RemoteApp connection have a shortcut created to a local folder on their computer. Could this task be made easier so that the user themself can create it? It would also be useful in case the profile is reset on the server, so that this shortcut is not lost.

It seems that your feedback went lost in a Remote Support feature request. Could you create a dedicated feedback for Remote Access, and maybe provide an example with screenshot of the feature you would like to achieve? Thank you.
