For Windows servers, add monitoring of specified Windows Services. It could be standard services (Remote Desktop, IIS…) or custom services (applications specific). Should a service stop, send an alert.

Save data locally when network is down
When connection is lost between the monitored server and Server Monitoring main server, data should still be tracked on the agent side, and pushed to Server Monitoring once the network connection is back online.
