Feature Request - Provide an URL to download previous versions of TSplus
We kindly request that you provide an option to download and install at least one of the previous five versions of TS Plus. When we install the latest version and encounter issues, we have no fallback, which hampers our work. Because of this uncertainty, we are hesitant to apply updates — something that’s critical for us. Most software vendors, such as Microsoft and Tally Solutions, allow users to uninstall updates or download older versions from their websites. Providing a similar option would greatly help us maintain continuity. We hope you consider implementing this feature. Thank you for your understanding
Web Applications Portal: intranet applications
Add the ability to add intranet web applications on TSplus Web Applications Portal. Intranet applications, which are hosted in the company’s private network, could be securely proxied by TSplus Remote Access. This way, TSplus Web Application Portal will become THE entry point to all the applications of the company.

Web Portal Single Sign-On (SSO)
Add SSO to TSplus Web Portal, so users do not have to enter their credentials to access their TSplus Web Portal page.
Connection client for MacOS / Linux
It would be very interesting to be able to use the HTML plugin for Apple MacOS, not just Windows. Currently, if I have a web portal and choose to provide the service as a remote app, the plugin is only available for Windows, while Apple devices must use HTML5.
Support for Microphone in remote audio for Windows server
Please add the feature to support microphone redirection in remote audio for Windows server 2019 and newer when using remote desktop. Currently, remote audio works but does not support microphone redirection from the client machine to a Windows server running TSplus access as confirmed by TSplus support Users are unable to use Zoom, Teams and other meeting/conferencing platforms during their remote desktop session due to that limitation and it would be great if you can add it on the roadmap for future releases. I would like to setup additional TSplus servers but it is currently not convenient due to that missing feature
Full-screen and resizable AdminTool
Webcam for RDP
Use your local webcam inside a remote desktop session.

Web Applications Portal: multiple servers
In case of big farms of servers, not all applications are installed on all applications servers. TSplus Web Applications Portal should be able to show all the current user’s assigned applications from multiple servers, not just a single server’s applications.
Redesign Client Generator
Connection Client Generator is the last bit of user interface which has not ben updated and modernized in a long time. Consider redesigning it to a more modern, easier to use and to understand user interface.
Phone to RDP Session
Scanners are always difficult to set up in RDP remote sessions. Every user has a phone. Make it possible for all users to take a picture of some QR code in their TSplus remote session, and send pictures and files from their phone into their RDP session instantly.
Automatic update of "Connection Client" when using a .connect file
Automatically update the “Connection Client” program on the workstation with the version available on the server when the user is starting an RDP session with a .connect file.
Make more settings visible - HTML5 Security
A lot of settings are hidden in multiple configuration files. TSplus AdminTool should make those settings visible and allow for easy customization. Start with settings which are the most often sent by TSplus Support Team to customers, i.e. HTML5 web security settings, and add a new user interface for these settings in TSplus AdminTool.
Custom Applications icon
When publishing an application in TSplus Remote Access, allow administrator to specify a custom icon for this application, to be displayed in TSplus Floating Panel, Application Folder and Web Applications Portal.
Web Applications Portal: improve design
We want bigger icons on the Web Applications Portal. We want applications groups to be displayed as “labels” as opposed to “folders” current look.
Feature Request - Improve Password Change UX in Web Portal
I would like to propose two improvements to the password change workflow in the TSPLUS HTML5 Web Portal, to make the experience cleaner, clearer, and more consistent for end users. Skip the “Do you want to change your password now?” prompt when the Windows password is already expired. When the password has expired the user must change it anyway, so showing a Yes/No prompt adds an unnecessary step. The system should directly display the password reset page.
Export/Import configuration
Option to export and import Remote Access configuration and applications - This will save us some reconfiguration time when the server is replace or we configure a new server for our customers.
Allow configuring the Remote Computer (Full Address) independently from the RD Gateway address
This feature request is related to our support ticket #141578, which contains the technical background and discussion. When generating a Windows client configured to use Remote Desktop Gateway (RDG), the Client Generator currently sets the RDP Full Address to 127.0.0.2. This causes Windows to use TERMSRV/127.0.0.2 for NTLM authentication and NLA identity verification. Many enterprise customers enforce the Group Policy "Restrict NTLM: Outgoing NTLM traffic to remote servers (Deny All)". In these environments, administrators must create explicit exceptions. They generally do not accept exceptions for TERMSRV/127.0.0.2, as they require hostnames or FQDNs instead of loopback IP addresses. We would like the Client Generator to provide two independent configuration fields, similar to the native Microsoft Remote Desktop client: RD Gateway address Remote Computer (Full Address) This would allow administrators to specify a hostname such as backend1.company.com as the Remote Computer while continuing to use the TSplus RD Gateway normally. Benefits Better compatibility with enterprise security policies. Support for environments where outbound NTLM is restricted. Eliminates the need to create exceptions for TERMSRV/127.0.0.2. Aligns the TSplus Client Generator with the behavior of the native Microsoft Remote Desktop client (mstsc). Thank you for considering this enhancement.
